Observatory of jurisprudence on women's rights in Tunisia
Abstract
We are a network of local non-profit organizations and collaborating lawyers from diverse regions across Tunisia working to promote women’s human rights through programs of legal orientation, assistance, representation and accompaniment to the courts and other public administrations for women facing legal problems. We also strive to use the law creatively to promote women’s rights in front of courts through strategic litigation and the application of international human rights standards in domestic judicial decisions.
