The occasion was International Women’s Day, and the men had come to participate in the Tunisian debut of a campaign to raise awareness about street harassment and violence against women.
On Tuesday (08 March 2016) several dozen men gathered in Le Duplex, a bar on Avenue Kheireddine Pacha, Tunis, and decorated their faces with bright red lipstick.
