The report is based on case studies off micro-lending institutions in the use of information and communication technology in Morocco and Tunisia. The report focuses on 28 lending institution from Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco an Tunisia which benefited from a training course on the same subject and expressed their need for mechanisms to assess lending institutions in order to enhance their capacities in the use of technology in financial management.
