This document contains the working papers presented by experts and members of @nged during the second annual meeting of the network. The papers reflect the depth of questions on the concepts of decision-making and their implications for gender relations in Arab societies, and causes for the current situation of addressing this issue only at the public level and keeping silent at the private level.
