This document presents the revised draft resolution on child marriages, early and forced marriages, adopted without a vote. With this draft resolution, the General Assembly would call upon States to develop and implement, with the participation of relevant stakeholders, comprehensive and coordinated measures and integrated strategies to prevent and eradicate marriages. children, early marriage and forced marriages and to help women and girls who are or are at risk of such practices, who have fled to escape or whose marriage has been dissolved, widowed girls and women who were married when they were children. The General Assembly would also request States to design and implement measures at all levels to put an end to child, early and forced marriages.
