Agreement between the government of the Lebanese republic and the government of the republic of Bulgaria on mutual promotion and protection of investments
Abstract
The Government of the Republic of Lebanon and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria :
Desiring to encourage economic co-operation to the mutual benefit of both States; Intending to encourage and create favourable conditions for investments by investors of one Contraction Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party; Recognizing the need to promote and protect foreign investments with the aim to foster the economic prosperity of both States .
