Gendered Justice: Women in the Criminal Justice System

The article is concerned with the status of women prisoners in the United States, where they understand how they suffer from poor prison conditions, and also refer to the mistreatment of black women compared to their white counterparts. The article presents some statistics and researchers' views on this topic.
Finally, the article were exposed to the reasons that led women to deviate and offered their means of legal and procedural assistance.
