Report on Violence against Women in Egypt
Abstract
This document provides a status report on violence against women in Egypt in the Legislative, Policy Framework, Prevention and training professionals in contact with victims, the protection framework and access to justice, listening services, psychological support and empowerment and access to judicial and non-discriminatory police. The paper also gave an overview of Europe-Egypt cooperation programs for the fight against violence against women, including the European Union Co-Egypt cooperation. This report ended up giving recommendations for the Egypt State
